Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail & Marketing TRE team in implementing the retail and marketing strategy to drive commercial growth across Travel Retail Europe.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of permanent and temporary 360° retail concepts in airports across Europe, coordinating internal sales teams and external retail/marketing agencies.
- Act as primary marketing contact for sales teams on daily retail needs, including product assortment and planogramming.
- Help develop and implement customer experience and operational tools for boutique channels and participate in retail performance tracking and reporting.
- Contribute to communication activities across e‑retail, press and social media and prepare internal presentations, newsletters and best‑practice updates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme and seeking an end‑of‑programme internship (stage) beginning in September.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrable understanding of retail fundamentals, consumer journey mapping and customer experience principles.
- Strong analytical aptitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a pragmatic problem‑solving mindset.
- Previous internships or experience in marketing or the luxury sector are a plus; international experience is appreciated.
