Moët Hennessy — Marketing Assistant, Travel Retail (Internship) in Paris. Internship supporting retail & marketing across European travel retail channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail & Marketing TRE team in implementing the Retail & Marketing strategy to drive business growth across travel retail.
  • Report to the Retail & Marketing Manager (TRE) for the Avolta and Heinemann perimeters and act as a liaison with sales teams.
  • Contribute to the design and roll-out of permanent and temporary 360° concepts across European airports, coordinating with internal sales teams and external marketing and retail agencies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for sales on daily marketing needs including product assortment and planogramming.
  • Develop and implement customer experience initiatives and operational tools for the boutique channel; monitor and track retail performance.
  • Support the communication strategy across e‑retail, press and social media channels.
  • Prepare internal materials: newsletters, performance reports, marketing updates and best-practice presentations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's programme and seeking an end-of-program internship (final-year internship).
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of retail, consumer journey and customer experience in luxury contexts.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complexity and work in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Previous experience or internships in marketing or luxury retail is a plus; international experience appreciated.
