Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Brand Team (Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager) in rolling out brand action plans and divisional projects across channels.
- Execute on-trade activations (bars, restaurants, nightclubs) including development of POS materials, sales aids, limited editions and consumer experiences.
- Assist retail activation efforts: coordinate tastings, visibility campaigns, special events, promotions and sales-support activities.
- Contribute to media, PR and social media activations and help deploy event logistics and on-site execution.
- Perform monthly market and performance analyses of brands and competitors, and prepare ad-hoc reports (e.g., year-end reviews, promotion analyses).
- Monitor competitive and market trends and compile post-activation reviews with quantitative and qualitative insights to assess impact and learnings.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, budgets and timelines and follow up on execution of activation plans.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or University program specialising in Marketing.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn within an international, collaborative team.
- Available for a one-year, on-site internship in Brussels and able to manage multiple stakeholder interactions.

Experience
Beginner level: currently studying in a marketing-related program. Prior internships or practical experience in marketing, events or trade activation is advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in a Business School or University degree programme with a specialisation in Marketing.
