Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor monthly brand performance reports, providing detailed analysis to internal stakeholders with identification of issues and opportunities
  • Support market operations with additional reporting as requested by the General Manager
  • Manage the complete purchase order process, including writing and processing purchase orders
  • Coordinate POS ordering with distributors and reconcile POS reporting data
  • Assist with invoice coding in PD Web, ensuring accurate WBS coding and Spend Type classification
  • Support accurate and timely management of Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses, including tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and policy adherence
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Commercial Sales teams for ad hoc requests, including Maison visits, market tours, and group trips
  • Assist with scheduling, logistics, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for market activities
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation in support of market operations and budget management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure execution of market-related projects and timely follow-up

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Well-developed finance and budget management skills
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and learning internal database systems
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities
  • General awareness of revenue, margin, and growth metrics
  • Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
