Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor monthly brand performance metrics, delivering detailed written analysis to leadership outlining market issues and opportunities
  • Support General Manager with ad hoc reporting and market analysis as requested
  • Manage purchase order processes and coordinate POS ordering with distributors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Reconcile POS reporting data and maintain organized records supporting market operations
  • Oversee accurate and timely management of Travel & Entertainment expenses, including expense tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and policy adherence
  • Process invoice coding in PD Web, ensuring accurate WBS coding and Spend Type classification
  • Reconcile actual spend versus budget and track open invoices
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Commercial Sales teams, including scheduling, logistics, meeting coordination, and travel arrangement
  • Assist with regional coordination regarding report consolidation, meeting facilitation, and logistics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of market-related projects and business requests

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
  • 1–3+ years of experience in a business analytical or commercial operations role
  • Demonstrated expertise in the luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries preferred
  • Well-developed finance and budget management skills
  • Proficiency with large data sets and ability to learn internal database systems quickly
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with expense management and travel coordination
  • Familiarity with invoice coding and spend management processes
