Role & Responsibilities
- Owns market performance for Mississippi and Alabama: manages depletion and revenue targets, forecasts and reconciles with Forecasting & Operations.
- Designs and allocates brand budgets, pricing and activity calendars in partnership with distributor partners to optimise mix, inventory and profitability.
- Directs distributor relationships: sets expectations, tracks KPIs, enforces brand guidelines and implements corrective actions to ensure flawless execution across on‑ and off‑premise channels.
- Manages key account relationships for high‑volume customers, overseeing program delivery, activations and local execution against MH brand standards.
- Prepares and leads regular business reviews, negotiates internally on behalf of Commercial Sales and represents MH strategy to external partners.
- Drives cross‑functional alignment with forecasting, commercial enablement, finance and operations and participates in market visits, blitzes and distributor education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or master’s in marketing preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive sales and marketing experience in the wine & spirits sector or closely related FMCG industry.
- Proven track record managing distributor networks, meeting depletion targets and delivering key account growth.
- Demonstrated budget, P&L and forecasting acumen.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; ability to travel frequently and lift up to 20 lbs.

Seven or more years of professional experience in sales and marketing within the wine & spirits industry, with demonstrable success managing distributors and meeting revenue/depletion targets.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or marketing graduate degree preferred.
