Moët Hennessy seeks Manager, Total Rewards and People Operations in New York. Lead HR controlling, compensation, payroll, and mobility programs. $110K–$137K + bonus. Hybrid role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate headcount and workforce cost data, executing monthly HR controlling activities including accruals, headcount reporting, and variance analysis with timely delivery of required reporting
  • Manage People-related expense and invoice administration, including submission, coding, tracking, reconciliation, and PO management while ensuring adherence to company policies
  • Prepare and coordinate workforce costs budgets in partnership with Finance teams
  • Support the administration and execution of compensation programs and annual ICR/salary planning processes, including data preparation, analysis, reporting, and timeline coordination
  • Collect, compile, and analyze compensation survey data
  • Ensure HRIS and payroll data accuracy, timely processing, effective controls, and adherence to established processes
  • Participate in and support project management of HRIS system initiatives
  • Audit payroll and provide backup payroll administration coverage
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline HR processes, strengthen controls, and improve efficiency
  • Maintain and analyze headcount, workforce, and compensation data to support planning and organizational initiatives
  • Administer international and domestic mobility programs, managing relocations and assignments from initiation through completion
  • Serve as primary contact for employees, People Partners, vendors, and global teams regarding mobility activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field (postgraduate education preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years of Human Resources and HR Controlling/Salary Planning experience
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms, with SuccessFactors implementation experience preferred
  • Proficiency with data analytics, HR metrics, and visual data representation
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment law and HR compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Power BI preferred
  • Proficiency with or demonstrated ability to quickly master HRIS, payroll, and employee management software
