Moët Hennessy seeks Manager, On Premise Account Lead in Nashville, Tennessee. Lead wine, champagne, and spirits account management with hybrid flexibility and competitive compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and support distributor sales teams to achieve brand priorities and market objectives
- Oversee and monitor sales and depletion goals within assigned territory to ensure targets are met and exceeded
- Execute sales activities for Moët Hennessy brands and products, selecting relevant activations, programs, and tactics for each account
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories and craft compelling brand narratives tailored to on-premise accounts
- Identify opportunities for bespoke programs, deeper brand education, and portfolio expansion, engaging appropriate Moët Hennessy resources as needed
- Develop key account listings including KPIs for distribution and menu placement, create account support plans, and monitor velocity and sales performance regularly
- Serve as a strategic consultant on portfolio opportunities and growth through advice, education, programming, and data-driven analysis
- Lead trade advocacy initiatives and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Maintain responsive communication to ensure customer expectations are consistently met and exceeded
- Collaborate with distributor sales representatives on pricing support and fulfillment execution
- Ensure account needs for programs and activations are met and executed within Moët Hennessy brand guidelines
- Build long-term key account plans through sustained partnerships and ongoing programming development
- Communicate opportunities, risks, and competitive intelligence to channel or market leadership
- Participate in market and maison visitor programs, sales blitzes, and distributor and trade education initiatives
- Manage assigned budgets effectively, including travel and entertainment and advertising and promotion allocations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing within wine and spirits
- On-premise channel experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and customer-centric solution delivery capabilities
- Proven sales background with demonstrated achievement of targets
- Self-starter mentality with competitive drive
- Extensive understanding of consumer expectations and market dynamics within the geography
- Ability to translate business strategy into effective sales pitches and tactics
- Well-developed experience in ROI analysis and budget management
- Highly effective influencing and partnership skills with strong knowledge of sales techniques
