Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate distributor partnerships, serving as the primary Moët Hennessy representative for assigned accounts
- Identify opportunities for bespoke programs, brand education initiatives, and portfolio upsells, coordinating with internal resources
- Conduct regular account visits to monitor performance, maintain relationships, and gather market intelligence
- Act as consultant to accounts on portfolio expansion and growth through strategic advice, education, programming, and competitive analysis
- Lead trade advocacy initiatives and maintain engagement with key strategic accounts
- Ensure day-to-day operational support and pricing/fulfillment coordination with distributor sales representatives
- Execute agreed account programs and consumer experiences within brand guidelines and budget parameters
- Develop long-term account partnership plans and coordinate ongoing programming aligned with channel strategy
- Report market opportunities, competitive threats, and business risks to channel and market leadership
- Participate in market visitor programs, distributor education initiatives, and promotional blitzes
- Partner with Field Trade Marketing and Experiential Development teams to design and implement in-market activations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of professional sales and marketing experience in wine and spirits
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with demonstrated customer-centric approach
- Proven sales track record and competitive, self-motivated mindset
- Deep understanding of consumer expectations and market dynamics within the assigned geography
- Demonstrated ROI analysis and budget management expertise
- Exceptional influencing, partnering, and sales technique proficiency
- Refined communication and presentation skills suitable for senior stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret syndicated data and market insights
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs
