Role & Responsibilities
- Sell Moët Hennessy brands and products, selecting and deploying relevant activations, programs, and tactics tailored to each account's needs and potential
- Identify opportunities for bespoke programs, deeper brand education, and portfolio upselling, mobilizing appropriate Moët Hennessy resources to support growth
- Conduct regular account visits to maintain relationships, monitor performance against goals, and gather market intelligence and customer feedback
- Act as consultant to accounts on portfolio opportunities and growth through strategic advice, brand education, programming, creative ideas, and data-driven analysis
- Lead trade advocacy initiatives and cultivate long-term partnerships with key accounts through ongoing relationship development and account planning
- Maintain proactive communication with accounts to ensure expectations are aligned and exceeded in the customer relationship lifecycle
- Collaborate with distributor sales teams to ensure in-market pricing alignment, program support, and order execution
- Ensure account needs for programs and activations are met and executed with fidelity to Moët Hennessy brand guidelines
- Build comprehensive key account plans through long-term partnerships and ongoing programming calendar execution
- Inform channel and market leadership of emerging opportunities, competitive threats, risks, and market intelligence
- Participate in market visits, trade blitzes, distributor education events, and Maison visitor engagements to strengthen market presence and brand knowledge
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing within the wine and spirits sector
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; eligibility for company vehicle subject to approval
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
