Moët Hennessy USA seeks a Financial Reporting Manager in New York to oversee legal-entity reporting, budgeting, and consolidation processes. $110,000–$137,000 annually plus bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all legal-entity reporting functions, reviewing and approving P&L, balance sheet, and supplemental schedules for accuracy before submission to Group Consolidation
  • Supervise the Reporting Analyst in preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and hard-close financial and supplementary information, reviewing and approving all Topaz and Syrus schedules
  • Determine responsibilities and deadlines for the month-end closing process, communicating timelines and deliverables across the department and external functions
  • Conduct ongoing review of financial data throughout reporting periods, coordinate corrective actions with the Accounting team, and review final monthly reporting packages
  • Oversee legal-entity budgeting and forecasting, calculating and approving P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow schedules before Group submission
  • Manage monthly and quarterly cash reporting, including DSO analysis, operating and intercompany cash movements, and cash flow statements
  • Supervise the vendor master function, including new vendor applications and banking change processes via the Vendor portal
  • Identify and resolve vendor master issues through ongoing analysis; provide escalation support and cross-functional partnership
  • Prepare and present schedules to satisfy financial and internal control audit requirements, ensuring compliance with all internal control policies
  • Lead implementation and training of system updates and changes, providing management briefings on impact and process improvements
  • Develop and communicate vision and initiatives with the Accounting and Reporting Director to motivate and develop the department
  • Provide collaborative support and guidance to Accounting and Finance teams, building cross-functional partnerships to meet corporate objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5–7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
  • Proven track record as a people leader with ability to develop talent in a dynamic, diverse environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and consolidation processes
  • Experience with financial reporting systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms
