Role & Responsibilities
- Adapt national brand strategies into locally relevant programs in partnership with the Field Marketing Director West, driving brand equity and commercial results across Northern California
- Develop strategic partnerships with key accounts, cultural organizations, community leaders, influencers, and trade advocates to strengthen Hennessy's market presence and credibility
- Leverage cultural fluency and local market insights to identify authentic opportunities, cultural moments, and consumer connections that increase brand relevance
- Manage activation planning, execution, and post-analysis, measuring ROI and translating learnings into future programming iterations
- Own advertising and promotion budget management, including annual planning, spend tracking, coding, invoice reconciliation, and accrual management to maximize business impact
- Utilize market intelligence, competitive insights, and consumer trends to inform local strategies and uncover new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, trade partners, and local influencers to drive long-term brand growth
- Serve as the key connector between Brand, Commercial, and Distributor teams, ensuring effective localization and execution of brand priorities
- Lead local market planning, distributor engagement, Maison visit coordination, and point-of-sale material execution
- Act as the voice of the market, communicating opportunities, risks, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics back to Brand teams
- Champion luxury execution standards while serving as both a guardian of brand equity and an advocate for market-specific opportunities
- Drive integrated 360° programming across key accounts, cultural moments, and community partnerships to elevate Hennessy's visibility and influence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
- 5 to 7+ years in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries
- Strong business or marketing experience with established skills in commercial execution, field marketing, planning, communications, and influencing
- Deep knowledge of Moët Hennessy USA portfolio, brand guidelines, and customer/consumer expectations
- Highly refined organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and complex details
- Strong thought leadership and collaboration capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to create partnerships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
- Strong cultural fluency and ability to build programs that resonate across diverse communities
