Moët Hennessy hiring Manager, Field Marketing in Las Vegas, NV. Drive brand growth and market strategy. $101K–$126K + bonus. Hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Localize and adapt brand programming to meet market, account, and distributor needs; analyze ROI and develop activity recaps
- Partner with Brand Teams and Market Sales to generate innovative, high-impact local programming across brand activation, account opportunities, and community engagement
- Manage A&P budget; identify gaps, opportunities, and risks; determine program ROI and present recommendations to market leadership
- Serve as liaison between Brand Teams and Sales Teams to drive both sales performance and brand equity
- Utilize competitive intelligence to identify new account opportunities for vetting by the Commercial Sales Team
- Participate in budget planning processes representing market-specific priorities
- Manage Distributor and Commercial Sales coordination for Winemaker and Maison visits; ensure product availability and brand excellence
- Lead VAP (Volume and Price) forecasting and allocation processes; communicate market needs and opportunities upstream to Brand Teams
- Prepare for and participate in GSMs (Global Sales Meetings) and distributor meetings
- Prospect for new business across on-premise, off-premise, and non-premise channels; build relationships with key customers and local influencers
- Manage programs across subchannels and seasonal activations (e.g., Lunar New Year, local 360 opportunities)
- Act as guardian of brand standards and market advocate; elevate all stakeholders in the market
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience required
- 5+ years of trade marketing or creative marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries
- Strong business and commercial strategy experience with strategic sales orientation or commercial-focused marketing background
- Deep knowledge of Moët Hennessy USA portfolio and brand guidelines
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with demonstrated business acumen
- Highly refined organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to create partnerships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
- Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Experience
5+ years of trade marketing or creative marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries. Strong background in field marketing, sales planning, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Demonstrated experience with strategic orientation in either sales or marketing roles, combined with commercial acumen and ability to influence across organizational levels.
