Moët Hennessy seeks a Manager, Account Lead in Washington D.C. to drive multicultural market growth through strategic account management and trade programs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial growth across key accounts within the multicultural portfolio, identifying and capitalizing on upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with on- and off-premise accounts, serving as the primary MH representative and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute bespoke account plans featuring relevant brand activations, programming, and consumer experiences aligned with MH guidelines
  • Conduct regular account visits to monitor performance, gather competitive intelligence, and maintain relationship continuity
  • Serve as consultant to accounts on portfolio growth, offering education, creative programming ideas, strategic advice, and data-driven analysis
  • Lead trade advocacy initiatives and represent MH interests in the marketplace, fostering partnerships with key decision-makers
  • Coordinate with Field Trade Marketing and Experiential Development teams to execute on-ground consumer experiences and brand activations
  • Liaise with distributor partners to manage order execution, pricing alignment, and fulfillment support
  • Analyze ROI and budget performance against assigned account resources, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing commercial impact
  • Participate in market visitors, brand blitzes, and distributor education programs to drive category knowledge and market penetration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of account management or commercial sales experience within wine, spirits, or premium beverage distribution
  • Extensive understanding of multicultural consumer expectations and market dynamics within the geography
  • Proven ability to build strong, customer-centric relationships and influence at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated success in ROI analysis, budget management, and sales performance optimization
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for frequent account visits and in-market mobility
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
