Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and certify production machinery for an assigned sector, following the daily production programme and ensuring operational readiness of equipment.
- Perform changeovers (batch, format) autonomously: reconfigure machines, execute adjustments and verify machine functionality before series start‑up.
- Carry out first‑level troubleshooting and basic maintenance according to defined instructions; identify, report and document machine stops and defects.
- Ensure product traceability and quality control: verify component references (dry goods, wines), perform autocontrôles and record quality checks; follow reaction plans for non‑conformities.
- Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and participate in end‑of‑production cleaning and improvement initiatives on the sector.
- Support and coach operators and colleagues on machine operation; participate in on‑the‑job training and technical upskilling.
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate or vocational diploma (Titre Professionnel) in machinist/industrial maintenance or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar production setting; experience in food or beverage (preferable).
- CACES 3 certification (forklift) required.
- Strong understanding of production procedures, autocontrôle and traceability requirements.
- Commitment to health, safety, food‑safety and environmental procedures; consistent use of required PPE.

Several years of hands‑on experience operating and setting production or packaging machinery in an industrial environment; proven record of performing autonomous changeovers, first‑line maintenance and quality checks. Prior exposure to food or beverage production is advantageous.
Education
