Logistics Coordinator and Data Analyst – Moët Hennessy in London. Manage SAP master data, coordinate 3PL logistics operations, and drive supply chain optimisation through data analytics in this hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Extend and maintain Finished Goods and POSM master data in SAP, ensuring regulatory compliance and environmental reporting obligations
- Create local SKUs and manage customer and material master data lifecycle in SAP systems
- Coordinate daily logistics operations with third-party logistics partners for warehousing, transportation, and value-added services
- Monitor on-time, in-full stock landings and customer deliveries; manage non-conformities and resolution protocols
- Optimise inbound and outbound processes to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage late differentiation activities and oversee recycling and destruction operations for end-of-life goods
- Collect and compile logistics Key Performance Indicators—including stock levels, accuracy, occupancy, and 3PL service metrics—for stakeholder communication
- Design and maintain Power BI reports and periodic stock rotation reports for visibility across the organisation
- Analyse KPIs and value chain processes to identify bottlenecks, failure root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and document logistics procedures and process solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in data analysis and report creation from SAP and third-party systems
- Solid SAP knowledge and system navigation
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Customer and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related operations roles. The candidate should demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel-based data analysis and reporting, with practical knowledge of SAP systems and warehouse management processes.
