Moët Hennessy Legal Intern position in Shanghai. Support luxury wine and spirits legal operations, contract review, and regulatory research.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution, recording, and filing of legal documents
  • Monitor and summarize the latest relevant laws and regulations affecting business operations
  • Support drafting, reviewing, and translating contracts and other legal documents under legal director supervision
  • Conduct legal research on various issues and deliver findings and recommendations
  • Assist in creating training videos and supplementary training materials for the legal team
  • Process payment applications through the Concur system
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the legal director

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a senior university student or master's student majoring in law
  • PRC bar examination pass certificate (preferred)
  • Strong interest in the wine and spirits industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication in both English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capacity for rapid learning
  • Availability to work a minimum of four days per week on-site

Experience

Current enrollment in a senior-year undergraduate law program or master's law program. Prior legal internship experience is not required but may strengthen candidacy.
