Moët & Chandon, Epernay: Fixed-term Laboratory Analysis Technician for 2026 vintage season. Harvest support role in winemaking quality control.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct analytical testing of must samples received at the laboratory
- Perform quality monitoring and follow-up analyses throughout fermentation
- Execute calibration and maintenance protocols for analytical instrumentation
- Alert supervisory staff promptly to results that fall outside acceptable specifications
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat or Bac +2 qualification in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Analytical Biotechnology (BTS level)
- Competency in laboratory manipulation and metrology
- Solid knowledge of analytical techniques
- Proficiency with laboratory software and data management systems
- Knowledge of chromatography techniques (preferred)

Experience
Entry-level or early-career experience in a laboratory environment acceptable; demonstrated competency in analytical methods required despite minimal professional background.
