Moët Hennessy France is seeking a Key Account Sales Analyst to support strategic On-Trade customers through commercial performance analysis, account preparation, Trade Marketing coordination and sales-force communications. The role is a one-year apprenticeship starting in January 2027, based in Levallois-Perret.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Key Accounts team in managing and developing strategic national customers within the On-Trade channel.
- Analyze Sell-In, Sell-Out and Sell-Through sales to monitor brand performance.
- Analyze performance by distributor, region, category and brand, and identify growth levers.
- Build dashboards, summaries and recommendations for the sales teams.
- Track market share, market trends and performance changes in the On-Trade channel.
- Help prepare Business Reviews, client meetings and key commercial events.
- Contribute to clear, structured, decision-oriented sales presentations.
- Conduct market, competitor and customer trend analyses to inform development plans.
- Monitor promotional operations, including tenders, promotional calendars, communications to the Sales Force and execution.
- Coordinate Trade Marketing operations with internal Marketing teams, including merchandising, banners, inserts, visibility and activation programmes.
- Support operational product listing with distributors and manage product data sheets through logistics listing platforms.
- Prepare Sales Force communications on performance, product highlights, priority actions, promotional plans and distributor alerts.
- Contribute to improving sell-out tracking and commercial management tools.
- Develop sales presentation templates with internal teams and AI tools.
- Liaise operationally with customers on the progress of commercial initiatives.
- Occasionally join field visits to better understand commercial challenges and relay useful information to the teams.
Qualifications
- Higher education at Bac+4/Bac+5 level, specializing in Sales, Marketing, Category Management or Business.
- Strong interest in commercial roles, data analysis and understanding business challenges.
- Initial internship or apprenticeship experience, ideally in analysis, sales, category management or trade marketing.
- Very good command of Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Curiosity about digital tools and AI solutions applied to business.
- Rigour, organizational skills, ability to prioritize, analytical thinking and strong synthesis skills.
- Initiative, autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
