Moët Hennessy Netherlands seeks a Key Account Manager (Specialist & Wholesale) in Amsterdam to drive specialist channel growth across the Randstad.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of independent specialist customers across the Randstad (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht), delivering sales, profitability and distribution targets.
- Lead annual commercial negotiations, define trade terms and execute promotional plans with assigned accounts.
- Drive in‑store visibility and best‑in‑class point‑of‑sale activation in line with brand guidelines and commercial strategy.
- Conduct regular field visits to build relationships, ensure flawless execution and capture market intelligence.
- Support Key Account Management in developing indirect business via preferred wholesale partners.
- Monitor sales performance and market dynamics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Benelux commercial team.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver seamless account execution and commercial planning.
- Represent Moët Hennessy at brand activations, tastings and trade events to strengthen trade and consumer relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or field sales within FMCG, luxury or Wine & Spirits (per job metadata).
- Proven knowledge of the Dutch specialist retail landscape and independent wine & liquor channels.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen and ability to manage margins, pricing and promotional ROI.
- Excellent relationship management, communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Organised, proactive and target oriented; residing within the working area (Randstad) is required.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in account management or sales within FMCG, luxury goods or Wine & Spirits, with demonstrable success managing independent specialist retailers and working with wholesale partners in the Dutch market.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, oenology or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
