Moët Hennessy — Key Account Manager, Cruise Lines in New York. Permanent role supporting cruise accounts across the Americas; Miami office/field role (≈30% travel).
Role & Responsibilities
- Own business performance and commercial execution for a defined portfolio of strategic cruise line accounts across the Americas.
- Develop and sustain senior relationships with cruise trade stakeholders (F&B, bar and restaurant managers, entertainment and guest‑experience leaders) to secure listings, visibility and premium brand presentation onboard.
- Design, implement and measure trade programs and incentive schemes that drive onboard consumption and consumer engagement.
- Monitor sales-out, depletions and on-board merchandising; analyse performance data and recommend corrective actions to improve results.
- Act as Moët Hennessy ambassador onboard and in the field through product and service trainings, tastings, private events and brand experiences.
- Report customer visit outcomes and market insights to the Trade Relations and Regional Marketing teams; coordinate on-trade and off-trade activations.
- Monitor competitive activity at point of sale and ensure compliance with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree in Marketing preferred.
- Minimum five years of progressive account management experience, with strong preference for on‑trade, cruise lines and/or national account experience.
- Proven track record of growing existing business and developing new commercial opportunities within B2B channels.
- Demonstrable background in wines & spirits required.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive account management experience, ideally within on‑trade channels and with prior exposure to cruise lines or national accounts; demonstrable success growing B2B wine & spirits business.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or a marketing postgraduate degree preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 94,000 to USD 118,000 per annum.
