Moët Hennessy apprenticeship opportunity: Key Account Manager Assistant in Paris. Support Travel Retail across Europe starting September.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (weekly, monthly) including Sell Out trackers, Market Share, and project profitability metrics
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards such as CPI trackers to support team decision-making
- Prepare presentation materials for sales reports and simplified profitability analyses
- Provide daily operational support to the sales network across multiple European markets
- Collect and analyze data to support commercial initiatives and sales team strategies
- Maintain updated product files including SKU codes, EAN codes, and related documentation
- Monitor orders, verify stock levels, and track production quantities
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support sales team initiatives and business objectives
- Coordinate with service providers, training teams, and Brand ambassadors for in-field execution
- Track marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and training plan implementation
- Monitor new product launches, in-store promotions, and merchandising activities
- Assist with marketing budget tracking and invoicing processes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to manage complexity
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, SAP, Anaplan) is a plus
- Proficiency in additional European languages is highly appreciated

Experience
Initial experience in consumer goods is appreciated; prior exposure to the luxury or wine and spirits sector is valued but not required. Entry-level candidates with strong analytical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
