Moët Hennessy — Internship: Key Account Manager Assistant in Paris. Support Travel Retail sales performance, reporting and marketing across European markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Key Account Management team across several European Travel Retail markets, contributing to daily commercial operations and account servicing.
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics (weekly/monthly sell-out trackers, market share, profitability) and prepare clear presentation materials for internal reporting.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards (e.g., CPI tracker) to streamline decision-making and simplify profitability analyses.
- Collect, validate and maintain product master data (SKU codes, EANs) and assist with order monitoring, stock verifications and production quantity checks.
- Perform ad-hoc data analyses to support sales initiatives, marketing activations and in-store implementation of new products or promotions.
- Contribute to coordination with service providers, training teams and brand ambassadors in the field; assist with follow-up of marketing campaigns, incentive programs and training plans.
- Support tracking of marketing budget invoicing processes and marketing KPIs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme (business, marketing, economics or related field).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with BI and planning tools (Power BI, SAP, Anaplan) is a strong plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and numerical fluency.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Problem-solving orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced, internationally distributed environment.

Entry-level internship; no professional experience required. Prior exposure to consumer goods, luxury or wine & spirits sectors is appreciated but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme (business, marketing, economics or closely related discipline).
