Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Key Account team in managing Travel Retail activities across multiple European markets, ensuring timely commercial follow-up and operational delivery.
- Monitor and maintain sales performance indicators (weekly/monthly sell-out trackers, market share, project profitability) and produce presentation materials for reporting.
- Develop and streamline tracking dashboards (e.g., CPI tracker) to facilitate decision-making and visibility of performance metrics.
- Collect, verify and maintain commercial data files (SKU, EAN codes) and assist with order monitoring, stock verification and production quantities.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support commercial initiatives and contribute to simplified profitability analyses.
- Coordinate with service providers, training teams and brand ambassadors on-field; support marketing campaign follow-up, incentive programmes, training plans and in-store activations.
- Assist with marketing budget invoicing processes and monitor marketing KPIs related to Travel Retail activations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (business, commerce, marketing, or related discipline).
- Available to start internship in July and able to commit to a full‑time internship period.
- Initial experience or internship in consumer goods, luxury or wine & spirits sector is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in additional European languages highly valued.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment.
