Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Key Account team in managing and developing Travel Retail activities across multiple European markets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and key KPIs (weekly and monthly Sell Out trackers, Market Share, project profitability).
- Build and maintain performance dashboards (e.g., CPI tracker) and prepare presentation materials and simplified profitability analyses for stakeholder review.
- Provide daily commercial operations support including data collection, SKU/EAN file maintenance and order/stock monitoring.
- Perform ad-hoc quantitative analyses to inform sales initiatives and commercial decision-making.
- Contribute to retail excellence and marketing project follow-up: coordinate with service providers, training teams and brand ambassadors, track campaign implementation, merchandising and in-store activations.
- Assist with monitoring marketing budget invoicing processes and the tracking of marketing KPIs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional European languages highly appreciated.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI; knowledge of SAP or Anaplan is a plus.
- Strong analytical aptitude and problem‑solving mindset; able to thrive in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Entry-level; internship suitable for candidates with little professional experience. Initial experience in consumer goods—ideally within luxury or the wine & spirits sector—is appreciated but not mandatory.
