Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Key Account Management team in the coordination and development of Travel Retail activities across several European markets.
- Monitor and support demand and supply planning for designated accounts and markets.
- Assist with creation and follow‑up of purchase orders and logistics coordination with suppliers and carriers.
- Track budgets, process and monitor invoices, and maintain up‑to‑date price lists.
- Contribute to commercial performance analysis (sell‑in, sell‑out, market share) and prepare business reports and presentations.
- Support marketing projects and events, including coordination of promotional materials (POSM) where required.
- Conduct market studies and help identify new business opportunities in the Travel Retail channel.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (business, marketing, supply chain, or related field).
- Initial experience or internships in consumer goods; prior exposure to luxury, wine & spirits or travel retail is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in an additional European language is strongly appreciated.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Problem‑solving orientation and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
