Role & Responsibilities
- Support demand & supply planning across assigned European travel retail markets.
- Assist with order administration and coordinate logistics with internal teams and external partners.
- Track budgets, manage invoices and maintain price lists.
- Contribute to commercial performance analysis (sell-in, sell-out, market share) and identify trends.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to monitor business activity and inform stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate promotional materials (POSM) and support POSM roll-out.
- Participate in marketing projects, events and in-market activations as required.
- Conduct market studies to identify business opportunities and support account development.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme; availability for an internship starting in September.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are highly appreciated.
- Proficiency in MS Office — strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of BI tools and commercial planning platforms (Power BI, SAP, Anaplan) is a plus.
- Initial experience or internships in consumer goods, preferably luxury or wine & spirits, is advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability and clear business communication skills.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, international and cross-functional environment.
