Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Key Account team in managing and developing Travel Retail activities across multiple European markets.
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs (sell-out trackers, market share, project profitability) on a weekly and monthly cadence.
- Develop and maintain tracking dashboards (e.g., CPI tracker) to streamline decision-making and produce presentation materials for sales reports and profitability analyses.
- Provide daily commercial operations support, including data collection, SKU/EAN file maintenance and support for order, stock and production quantity monitoring.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to inform sales initiatives and support the sales network operationally.
- Contribute to retail excellence and marketing project management: coordinate with service providers, training teams and brand ambassadors; follow up on marketing campaigns, incentive programs, training plans and merchandising actions.
- Assist with tracking marketing budgets and invoicing related to Travel Retail activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (required for apprenticeship/alternance).
- Entry-level candidate; prior experience in consumer goods, ideally in luxury or wine & spirits, is an advantage.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages are highly appreciated.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and capacity to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
