Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Key Account team across several European travel retail markets to manage and develop channel activity.
- Monitor and maintain sales performance trackers and KPIs (weekly, monthly): sell-out, market share and project profitability.
- Prepare presentation materials and simplified profitability analyses to inform commercial decision‑making.
- Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., CPI tracker) and consolidate data to streamline team reporting.
- Assist with daily commercial operations: product master files (SKU, EAN), order follow‑up, stock verification and quantity tracking.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to support sales initiatives and marketing campaign follow‑up.
- Coordinate with service providers, training teams and brand ambassadors in market; support implementation of in‑store promotions and merchandising actions.
- Contribute to monitoring marketing budgets and invoicing processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master programme (apprenticeship / alternance).
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrated ability to work with sales and inventory data.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of BI tools and ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages highly valued.
- Problem‑solving mindset, resilience in a fast‑paced environment and clear verbal/written communication skills.
