Role & Responsibilities
- Support Directors of Retail Accounts and Key Account Managers in interactions with national purchasing centres and retailer contacts.
- Respond to retailer requests and calls for tender, preparing and submitting promotional proposals and documentation.
- Prepare and dispatch promotion books, price proposals, logistical data, visuals and samples as required for each promotion.
- Ensure the correct execution of client operations by verifying pricing, logistical information and promotional assets.
- Assist in the construction of promotional plans and provide recommendations to Key Account Managers; help prepare meetings with retailer contacts across all banners.
- Maintain and update dashboards and reporting tools to track promotional activity and client performance.
- Contribute to the development of Sales Plans for field sales teams.
- Analyse promotion performance (sell‑in, sell‑out), produce competitive analysis and derive actionable insights.
- Act as a guarantor of day‑to‑day client relations and support seamless account servicing.
- Participate in onboarding and regular tutor‑led follow‑ups to accelerate skill development.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holding a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) with a commercial, business, marketing or sales specialization.
- Strong interest in mass retail (Grande Distribution) and consumer goods category management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening and client‑facing aptitude.
- Rigour, analytical and synthesis capabilities, initiative and intellectual curiosity.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced use of Excel.

Entry‑level / no prior professional experience required; suitable for students currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 commercial programme seeking a one‑year apprenticeship.
Education
Enrolled in or holding a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) in Business, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
