Moët Hennessy seeks a Junior Finance Controller (VIE) in Copenhagen — financial closing, treasury, intercompany and T&E reporting (Power BI, SAP).

Role & Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing activities: update, review and reconcile balance-sheet accounts, perform bank reconciliations and manage intercompany re‑invoicing and reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit periodic reporting into LVMH systems (Topaz & Syrus), including treasury statements, consolidated balance-sheet inputs and detailed overhead reports.
- Manage distributor credit control: provide monthly updates to Maisons, analyse distributors’ sales performance and lead overdue account follow‑up.
- Administer Travel & Entertainment processes: SAP/Concur administration, produce monthly Power BI T&E dashboards and monitor budget vs. actual for expenses.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support and corrective actions for the Nordic team, including internal/external audit preparation, control testing and contractual review.
- Act as a business partner to local stakeholders, ensuring compliance with LVMH financial standards and timely communication with Maison teams.
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Danish or another Scandinavian language is an advantage.
- Organised and structured approach to work with strong time management and planning skills.
- Operational excellence mindset with meticulous attention to detail and process discipline.
- Effective communicator with a hands‑on attitude and ability to collaborate across functions.

Experience
Entry-level / junior: ideally 0–2 years of practical experience in accounting or finance functions. Practical exposure to treasury, intercompany reconciliation, credit control or audit support is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a closely related discipline.
