Role & Responsibilities

• Define and structure IT activity tracking for HR and Finance platforms using JIRA: configure workflows, implement activity tracking, establish roadmap, capacity planning and plans-of-work.
• Design and deploy dashboards and operational KPIs to surface progress, bottlenecks and capacity constraints.
• Support cybersecurity remediation programs: contribute to scoring, track remediation actions and monitor key security indicators.
• Contribute to functional architecture work: assist in finalising architecture plans, catalogue and document interfaces, and analyse system obsolescence.
• Support performance and continuous improvement initiatives: document critical solutions in Confluence, implement technico‑functional monitoring (Dynatrace) and measure solution usage.
• Participate in Data/AI initiatives: assist the Sunset Finance project (Cognos decommissioning), support the self‑service BI roadmap and help identify, qualify and valorise AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Enrolment in an engineering school or a master’s program in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT project management or equivalent (Bac+4/5).
• Familiarity with project management tools, ideally JIRA, and documentation platforms such as Confluence.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and IT architecture principles.
• Hands‑on experience with data analysis and BI tooling (PowerBI preferred); knowledge of Cognos is an asset.
• Interest in application performance and monitoring tools (experience with Dynatrace is a plus).
• Awareness of AI technologies (GenIA, ML, Agent IA) and appetite to support AI initiatives.
• Professional behaviours: strong organisation and rigor, analytical synthesis, clear communication, proactivity, autonomy, curiosity and teamwork.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Entry‑level — role designed for students in work‑study (alternance). Previous internships or short professional experiences in IT project support, analytics or platform operations are advantageous but not required.

Education

Enrolment in an engineering school or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Project Management or equivalent (Bac+4/5).
