Moët Hennessy — Paris: IT Organization & Performance apprenticeship (alternance) starting Sept 2026, based in Paris/Levallois‑Perret.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and structure IT activity tracking for HR and Finance platforms using JIRA: configure workflows, implement activity tracking, establish roadmap, capacity planning and plans-of-work.
- Design and deploy dashboards and operational KPIs to surface progress, bottlenecks and capacity constraints.
- Support cybersecurity remediation programs: contribute to scoring, track remediation actions and monitor key security indicators.
- Contribute to functional architecture work: assist in finalising architecture plans, catalogue and document interfaces, and analyse system obsolescence.
- Support performance and continuous improvement initiatives: document critical solutions in Confluence, implement technico‑functional monitoring (Dynatrace) and measure solution usage.
- Participate in Data/AI initiatives: assist the Sunset Finance project (Cognos decommissioning), support the self‑service BI roadmap and help identify, qualify and valorise AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in an engineering school or a master’s program in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT project management or equivalent (Bac+4/5).
- Familiarity with project management tools, ideally JIRA, and documentation platforms such as Confluence.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and IT architecture principles.
- Hands‑on experience with data analysis and BI tooling (PowerBI preferred); knowledge of Cognos is an asset.
- Interest in application performance and monitoring tools (experience with Dynatrace is a plus).
- Awareness of AI technologies (GenIA, ML, Agent IA) and appetite to support AI initiatives.
- Professional behaviours: strong organisation and rigor, analytical synthesis, clear communication, proactivity, autonomy, curiosity and teamwork.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Entry‑level — role designed for students in work‑study (alternance). Previous internships or short professional experiences in IT project support, analytics or platform operations are advantageous but not required.
