Moët Hennessy seeks IT Market Lead in Madrid to coordinate SAP-based business solutions, manage IT projects, and align regional IT strategy with EMEA guidelines.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all IT activity in local entities and coordinate local IT contractors and consultants in collaboration with the Technology and Operations team
  • Manage annual local IT operating budget and cost expenditures in accordance with IT EMEA guidelines, ensuring accurate budgetary reporting and follow-up
  • Ensure alignment on solutions and roadmaps with IT EMEA and MHIS strategy, capitalizing on central and regional solutions to reduce complexity and costs
  • Coordinate purchasing and vendor strategy for all local IT providers; manage vendor relationships, performance monitoring, SLA compliance, billing review and contract negotiations
  • Maintain continuous communication and alignment with EMEA business and IT teams regarding local initiatives and collaborate where necessary
  • Ensure all MHIS Global Standards and Policies are implemented and maintained
  • Manage IT projects and rollouts within scope, including planning, budgeting, quality assurance, and team coordination with business stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and IT teams
  • Oversee key project phases including business case development, requirements gathering, implementation, testing, training, rollout, and adoption management
  • Act as subject matter expert on designated functional areas for EMEA, ensuring coordination and coherence of related IT solutions and implementations
  • Coordinate evolution and support of ERP applications across Europe
  • Provide IT and business stakeholders with expert advice on functional areas, conduct regional projects, and share best practices as needed

Qualifications

  • Degree in IT, Information Management, Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Industry qualifications in business applications and project management (such as ITIL or equivalent)
  • Minimum 10 years of related business solution management experience
  • Proven experience in back-office processes based on SAP S/4 (SD, MM, FiCo modules)
  • Fluent in English; French proficiency recommended
  • Subject matter expertise in supply chain and/or finance functional domains
  • Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage scope, budget, and quality

Experience

Education

Degree in IT, Information Management, Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Industry certifications in business applications and project management (such as ITIL) are preferred.
