Dom Pérignon is seeking an International Wine Experience and Gastronomy Project Assistant for a six-month, full-time internship starting in January 2027, based in Paris. The role supports gastronomy and wine event strategies, international market activations and partnerships, and Maison hospitality experiences at Hautvillers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of Dom Pérignon’s gastronomy strategy and activation plan.
- Support the creation of culinary experiences and the assets required to deliver them.
- Support markets in implementing initiatives and activations with restaurants, chefs and other partners.
- Help develop and activate the Dom Pérignon Society community of chefs and sommeliers, including recruitment, engagement, activation and reporting, particularly for synchronized Dom Pérignon dinners worldwide.
- Analyze business performance and benchmark trends; prepare reviews.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of wine event strategy across markets.
- Monitor vintage launch events across markets remotely, support local event development, adapt Maison guidelines to market constraints and review local events.
- Coordinate wine missions, including planning oenologist visits to markets, preparing schedules and meeting reports, following up, preparing summary presentations and travel briefings, and reviewing local events.
- Support wine partnerships for major events in collaboration with markets, including consolidating information, planning and coordination, and logistical assistance.
- Help coordinate Maison experiences at Hautvillers and support local hospitality teams in delivering experiences aligned with the brand’s overall strategy and aesthetic.
- Create content for the 2027 Pilgrimage experiences.
- Support the delivery of special events at Hautvillers.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree level (Master 2).
- International profile.
- One or more previous experiences in marketing, communications or business through an internship or work-study placement.
- Knowledge of project management and a grounding in marketing, communications and business tools and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; autonomy and initiative; rigor, organization, dynamism, versatility and agility.
- Creativity and a strong aesthetic sensibility.
- Comfortable using the Office suite; strong PowerPoint proficiency required. Knowledge of desktop publishing software such as InDesign and Photoshop is an advantage.
- Strong written communication skills in French and English.
- Interest in luxury, wine and gastronomy.
- Fluent English, spoken and written; TOEIC score above 900.
