Dom Pérignon seeks International PR and Communications Project Manager Assistant on 12-month internship in Paris 7ème. Master's required, English fluency essential.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate international press relations projects with markets, including vintage releases and limited-edition launches
  • Manage international and local events covering press and influence components such as revelations, wine missions, and lifestyle events
  • Compile and analyze global media monitoring reports and influence/PR performance metrics
  • Coordinate and manage press requests from France and international markets, including interviews and iconography
  • Prepare and distribute press tools and materials to markets, such as press kits, press releases (writing, translation, formatting), and official photography
  • Support organization of photoshoots and video productions as needed
  • Provide logistical support to the department, including procurement of promotional materials and bottles
  • Conduct industry monitoring and competitive intelligence
  • Support creation and deployment of influence campaigns and track performance results
  • Support implementation and coordination of events created by the House, including international launches of new vintages, artistic collaborations, tastings, press trips, and interviews with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate hospitality aspects between markets and support agency
  • Manage legal, administrative, and financial aspects of events
  • Coordinate teams of talents, including meeting schedules, agendas, and Champagne region visits
  • Benchmark event trends and innovations
  • Support event analysis and reporting

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (M2) in Communication or Marketing
  • Prior experience in luxury marketing or communication (internship or work-study program)
  • Knowledge of project management fundamentals and tools and techniques in marketing/communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with design software (DTP) is advantageous
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) with TOEIC score above 900
  • Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills
  • Strong general knowledge and cultural awareness
  • Autonomous, methodical, organized, dynamic, and agile work approach
  • Creative mindset with refined aesthetic sensibility
  • Strong writing and editing skills in French and English
