Moët & Chandon — International PR, Influence and Cultural Communications Assistant (alternance) in Paris. 12‑month apprenticeship starting Sep 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of international press relations projects with market teams (vintage launches, limited editions and global campaigns).
  • Assist in organizing international and local press/influencer events (revelations, wine missions, lifestyle activations) and manage logistics related to press and influencer attendance.
  • Consolidate global press clippings and contribute to analysis of PR and influence performance reports.
  • Manage press enquiries from France and international markets including interviews and image requests.
  • Contribute to the drafting, translation and layout of press tools: press kits, press releases and distribution to markets; assist with official photography assets.
  • Support organisation of shoots and filming operations when required.
  • Help coordinate influencer campaigns and monitor/report on campaign reach and media impact.
  • Provide logistical support across the communications department (POSM orders, sample bottles and materials).
  • Assist execution and follow-up of Maison events (product launches, artistic collaborations, tastings, press trips) liaising with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Coordinate hospitality aspects between markets and the supporting agency and support administrative, legal and financial tracking for events.
  • Manage scheduling and coordination for talent collectives (rehearsals, meetings, visits in Champagne) and produce post-event reports.
  • Conduct sectoral benchmarking and trend monitoring for PR, influencer and events innovations.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or holding a Master 2 (or equivalent) in communications, marketing or related field; eligible for alternance (apprenticeship) contract.
  • Prior internship(s) or alternance experience in luxury marketing or communications.
  • Excellent written and spoken French and English; TOEIC score >900 strongly preferred.
  • Strong project-management fundamentals and familiarity with marketing/communication tools and workflows.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and the ability to work with international stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, rigorous, autonomous, proactive and adaptable under changing priorities.
  • Creative sensibility with a strong aesthetic sense and good general culture relevant to luxury, wine and gastronomy.
  • Good editorial skills in both French and English.
