Role & Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of international press and influence projects with local markets, including launch campaigns for vintages and limited editions (approx. 70% focus).
  • Assist in organising international and local press/influence touchpoints and hospitality for events (Révélations, Wine Missions, lifestyle activations).
  • Produce and consolidate global press reviews and contribute to analysis of PR and influence results and reporting.
  • Assist with press requests management (interviews, image/asset delivery) and preparation/distribution of press tools: press kits, press releases, official imagery (editing, translation, layout).
  • Support logistics for department needs (POSM, sample bottles) and help coordinate potential shoots/filmings and asset creation.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of influence campaigns, including tracking of coverage and campaign ROI.
  • Support cultural and event initiatives (artistic collaborations, tastings, press trips), coordinating hospitality between markets and agency partners (approx. 30% focus).
  • Assist with administrative, legal and financial aspects of events and with coordination of talent collectives (scheduling, meeting agendas, site visits).
  • Conduct sector monitoring and benchmarking of event and experiential trends; assist post-event debriefs and evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or holding a Master’s degree (M2 level) in Communication, Marketing or equivalent — candidate must be eligible for a French work‑study/apprenticeship (alternance) contract.
  • Previous internships or alternance experience in luxury marketing/communication or PR preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken French and English; proven writing skills in both languages (TOEIC >900 highly desirable).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, autonomy, organisational rigour and initiative.
  • Creative sensibility with an aesthetic eye and attention to detail.
  • Basic project management knowledge and familiarity with marketing/communication techniques.

Entry-level. Candidate should have at least one or more internships or alternance placements in luxury marketing, communications or PR; prior exposure to international project coordination is advantageous.

Master’s degree (M2 level) in Communication, Marketing or related field; enrolled in a work‑study/apprenticeship programme for the duration of the contract.
