Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Influence Senior Manager and the International Communications team in planning and delivering internal and external events.
  • Provide logistical and operational support across event lifecycles, including vendor coordination, on‑site setup and execution.
  • Create and adapt event materials and presentation assets tailored to diverse markets.
  • Maintain a monthly watch on global event activity to inform planning and reporting.
  • Manage and coordinate product stock allocations for events, ensuring accurate tracking and timely distribution.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, communications programme or equivalent university degree and seeking a 12‑month alternance/apprenticeship.
  • First practical experience in communications, press or events is preferred.
