Role & Responsibilities

• Perform recurring internal control activities and reviews across key business processes covering Travel & Expense, Procure-to-Pay, Payment & Treasury, and exception reporting
• Review sensitive transactions, master data changes, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and approval hierarchies
• Investigate and escalate non-compliance issues and anomalies to appropriate stakeholders
• Support access rights and segregation of duties reviews for critical systems; validate access requests and document risks
• Manage vendor onboarding, account creation, approver administration, and Delegation of Authority maintenance
• Monitor Power Automate governance workflows including miscoding, accruals, free bottles, p-card exceptions, contract approvals, and pricing changes
• Lead ERICA compliance campaigns across Domaine Chandon California, Joseph Phelps, and Woodinville entities
• Support implementation of standardized control practices, update control procedures, and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business Administration, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in internal control, audit, accounting, finance operations, or compliance
• Transactional controls or shared services environment experience preferred
• Experience in international or multi-entity environments advantageous
• Basic understanding of internal control principles and finance process risks
• Ability to document controls and maintain organized audit trails
• High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality

Skills

Experience

1 to 3 years of experience in internal control, audit, accounting, finance operations, or compliance. Experience with transactional controls, finance processes, or shared services environments is advantageous. International or multi-entity environment experience is beneficial.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business Administration, or a related field.
