Moët Hennessy France offers a 6-month Internal Communications Intern position in Levallois-Perret. Support corporate communications strategy and event coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft and distribute internal communications content including Viva Engage posts, newsletters, and editorial materials
- Coordinate logistics and support organization of internal events including the Wines Games and year-end activations
- Assist in tracking and coordinating projects related to corporate social responsibility initiatives, including wheelchair tennis introductions and Le Refuge awareness campaigns
- Contribute to organization and execution of MHF Pride events including conferences and team-building activities
- Support the Communications Director on cross-functional projects aligned with departmental priorities and evolving business needs
- Collaborate with HR to develop and deploy disability inclusion initiatives, creating educational content and organizing workshops, conferences, and internal or external events
- Manage operational aspects of internal events including seminars, town halls, brand events, and conventions; prepare materials, design communications, and coordinate with external vendors
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Communications, Marketing, or Business School with communications specialization
- Excellent written communication and editorial skills
- Creative thinking with strong organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and content creation tools
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Rigorous, autonomous approach to managing multiple concurrent projects within established deadlines

Experience
Entry-level or beginner; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate aptitude for communications and event coordination through academic projects or relevant coursework.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent; specialization in corporate communications or marketing preferred.
