Moët Hennessy internship in Sales Operations, Munich. Support LVMH's Wines & Spirits distribution with data analysis and retail sales operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the creation of ad-hoc analyses, report evaluations, trend analyses, and potential assessments with optimization recommendations
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Key Account Management, and Trade Marketing teams
- Maintain and monitor action plans for key accounts and commercial initiatives
- Participate in strategic projects and actively engage in Sales team meetings
- Observe and learn from field sales operations and daily sales activities
- Develop constructive improvement proposals to progressively assume greater responsibility and complex projects
- Generate sales statistics and reports using SAP, Anaplan, Salesforce, Cognos, and QlikSense
- Create and distribute revenue reports to domestic and international customers as the basis for rebate calculations
- Query Sell-In Reports from Key Accounts and prepare data for distribution
- Support the complete internal sales department with daily operational tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Business Administration or related field, or in a Gap Year
- Demonstrated engagement, affinity for numbers, and strong analytical capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Prior practical experience in sales or distribution through internships
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Willingness to approach colleagues proactively to identify solutions and gather information
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
