Role & Responsibilities
- Support the creation of ad-hoc analyses, report evaluations, trend analyses, and optimization recommendations
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Key Account Management, and Trade Marketing teams
- Monitor and maintain action plans across the sales organization
- Participate actively in strategic projects and attend sales meetings
- Observe and learn from daily external sales team operations
- Develop constructive improvement proposals to assume increasing responsibility and complex projects
- Generate sales statistics using relevant Business Intelligence systems (SAP, Anaplan, Salesforce, Cognos, QlikSense)
- Create and distribute turnover reports to national and international customers for rebate purposes
- Request Sell-In reports from key accounts and prepare data for distribution
- Support the complete internal sales department in daily operational matters
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field, or in a gap year between studies
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated affinity for numbers and data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- First practical experience in sales or distribution through prior internships
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Comfortable engaging with colleagues to seek information and clarification
