Moët & Chandon internship in microbiology and biochemistry at R&D centre in Epernay, France. 6-month yeast fermentation research role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and document ongoing yeast selection trials and fermentation research
- Synthesize data on the selection and characterization of in-house yeast strains
- Continue characterization work on Moët Hennessy proprietary microbial strains
- Conduct laboratory analyses, data synthesis, and prepare research communications
Qualifications
- Master's degree or engineering school graduate in microbiology, biotechnology, or related discipline
- Knowledge of alcoholic fermentation and fermentation techniques
- Familiarity with good laboratory practices (GLP)
- Competency in statistical analysis
- Strong attention to detail and methodical approach

Entry-level or recent graduate; candidate should demonstrate foundational knowledge in microbiology and laboratory practices but prior professional experience is not required.
