Moët Hennessy France seeks an intern for a 6-month Commercial & Retail Project Assistant role at Levallois-Perret (Paris), supporting luxury wine & spirits retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate commercial meetings with department store and specialty retailer clients, including product presentations and sales collateral development
  • Accompany manager during client visits to support account development and drive commercial growth with key retail partners
  • Ensure optimal presence, visibility, and prominence of brand portfolios within dedicated retail spaces and department store corners
  • Execute in-store commercial activations including tastings, product promotions, and special operations designed to drive sales performance
  • Track and report key performance indicators including retail revenue, store traffic, and average transaction value on a regular basis
  • Monitor client inventory levels, identify replenishment needs, and manage product rotation to ensure consistent in-store availability
  • Support manager with commercial tasks including distribution reviews, order processing, and client follow-ups
  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses in collaboration with relevant teams and produce reliable retail reporting for management review
  • Oversee merchandising implementation and standards compliance for brand retail locations, particularly Veuve Clicquot at Printemps Haussmann
  • Organize and coordinate planned activations at the retail point-of-sale in collaboration with the manager
  • Manage retail operations including inventory control, stock management, and internal price updates in enterprise systems
  • Provide daily operational support to the sales team by processing orders from internal or external suppliers through to in-store placement
  • Maintain on-site presence at the retail location a minimum of one day per week

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a final-year Master's degree programme with specialization in Business Management or Marketing/Commerce
  • Demonstrated knowledge of retail operations and department store functionality ideally acquired through prior professional experience
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across organizational levels
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to facilitate cross-functional coordination and partnership among teams
  • High degree of autonomy and self-directed work capability to meet the operational demands of the position
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
