Moët Hennessy is seeking a Human Resources Intern in its Singapore office to support regional Talent & Learning initiatives across Asia Pacific, including talent development, learning programmes, reporting, and project coordination. The six-month internship is full-time, five days a week, and starts in January 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, execution, and tracking of regional Talent & Learning initiatives across Asia Pacific.
  • Support Talent Development projects, including learning programmes, career development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and analysing Talent & Learning dashboards and reports, consolidating talent data to provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate and execute regional learning programmes, workshops, and development initiatives.
  • Provide project support for Talent & Learning initiatives, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Coordinate and organise Talent & Learning-related meetings, communications, and regional projects.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate with a background in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Passionate, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and organise time, projects, and processes efficiently.
  • Self-driven, meticulous team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Keen interest in pursuing a career in HR or passion for people development.
