HR Intern at Moët Hennessy in Mexico City: support onboarding, communications, and employee engagement in luxury wine and spirits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and cross-department communication
- Assist in organizing corporate events, trainings, and wellbeing initiatives aligned with company values
- Contribute to HR communication strategies and internal content management
- Maintain HR systems by updating employee data, monitoring training completion, and generating monthly reports
- Support audits and compliance processes related to HR policies and labor standards, including NOM-035 regulations
- Assist in recruitment processes, including candidate follow-ups and interview coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Detail-oriented and proactive with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
