Moët & Chandon — HR Recruitment & Development Apprentice in Paris (alternance). Support talent acquisition, onboarding and training for the Wines & Spirits maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment: liaise with hiring managers and HRBP to identify needs, draft and publish job postings, screen applications and perform telephone pre‑selection.
- Participate in candidate interviews and prepare progress reports and feedback for hiring managers.
- Manage applicant tracking: maintain candidate pipelines, ensure accurate database updates and follow up on applications.
- Coordinate recruitment events and campus activities (forums, job fairs, job datings) and animate talent acquisition initiatives.
- Plan and organise onboarding for new hires and manage associated administrative tasks.
- Collect, monitor and report recruitment KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
- Animate and coordinate the community of interns and apprentices in Paris and Champagne.
- Contribute to training and development projects: support deployment of learning initiatives, communication and engagement with employees.
- Collect and analyse data to measure training effectiveness and participation rates; support continuous improvement of HR tools and processes.
- Administer training files and support budget follow‑up (purchase orders, invoice tracking).
Qualifications
- Master’s level (M1/M2) in Human Resources or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in recruitment, campus management and learning & development.
- Previous internship or campus recruitment experience is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, client‑service orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong organisational rigour, autonomy and attention to administrative detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; openness to digital HR tools.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Entry‑level / beginner. Suitable for candidates enrolled in or holding a Master 1 or Master 2 in HR; prior internship experience in recruitment or campus management is an advantage.
Education
Master’s degree level (M1/M2) in Human Resources or related field.
