Moët Hennessy seeks an HR Project Assistant (Work‑Study) in Paris for a 12–24 month alternance starting Sep 2026, focusing on upskilling, recruitment and HR projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and upstream preparation of the upskilling programme: define objectives, research and select external partners, and co‑design training modules aligned with targeted competencies.
- Coordinate deployment of the training programme: manage the training calendar, session logistics, participant registrations and updates to internal tools.
- Monitor programme performance: collect and analyse KPIs, manage evaluations and recommend process improvements to increase engagement and completion rates.
- Support recruitment activities for interns and work‑study profiles: draft and publish job postings, source and screen candidates, organise interviews and maintain candidate follow‑up.
- Maintain and update recruitment and HR dashboards; contribute to onboarding in collaboration with the Onboarding Process Coordinator (OPC).
- Prepare and publish internal communications on HR initiatives and participate in transversal HR projects (engagement surveys, career development, co‑development sessions).
- Provide general operational support to the HR team: organise meetings, follow project milestones and assist with local HR initiatives across Paris/Levallois and occasional travel to Épernay.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s level programme (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, business school or equivalent university degree.
- Proven organisational autonomy, rigor and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise data and track KPIs.
- Good interpersonal skills and client orientation; comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
