Moët Hennessy — HR Generalist Assistant apprenticeship in Paris: support recruitment, L&D and intern community for GTR & Private Sales (starts Sept 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment of interns and apprentices: collect job descriptions, draft and publish ads, screen CVs, conduct phone pre‑screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and HR leads.
- Manage onboarding logistics and prepare candidate files to ensure seamless first‑day integration for interns and apprentices.
- Animate and coordinate the intern/apprentice community: design and execute integration events, breakfasts with senior leaders, after‑works, feedback sessions and other engagement initiatives.
- Assist with learning & development administration: organise training sessions, manage logistical needs, coordinate stakeholders and maintain training calendars.
- Contribute to talent development projects across Global Travel Retail (GTR) and Private Sales: support Rise communications, Career Compass workshops and expertise mapping activities.
- Maintain and update HR dashboards, monitor MH Learning usage metrics and support the definition and tracking of KPIs.
- Support internal communications and engagement: prepare reporting for the Engagement Survey, draft internal announcements, produce monthly HR newsletter content and assist with townhall materials.
- Continuously update and improve internal HR web content to ensure accuracy and user accessibility.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, IEP or equivalent university programme with a specialisation in Human Resources (graduate level) and eligible for a French apprenticeship (contrat d'alternance).
- At least one prior experience in an HR function (internship or similar) is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written French and English.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Autonomous, proactive and rigorously organised with strong interpersonal diplomacy.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities and strong written communication skills.
- Available to begin the apprenticeship in September 2026.

Entry‑level — suitable for students currently enrolled in an HR‑oriented graduate programme; at least one prior HR internship or relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
