Moët Hennessy — HR Generalist Apprentice in Levallois-Perret, France. Apprenticeship (1–2 years) starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the HR Business Partner in day-to-day HR operations and strategic HR cycles.
- Contribute to social relations activities: organise CSE and union meetings, prepare responses to employee representatives, assist in preparation for negotiations and in drafting agreements.
- Produce and maintain HR reporting and dashboards (headcount, organigrams, workforce metrics).
- Manage personnel administration: follow employee files (contracts, amendments), support onboarding and school relations.
- Analyse working time data and contribute to payroll- or time-related analyses.
- Assist Compensation & Benefits projects and analyses (annual BSI, Mercer surveys), support annual remuneration review campaigns and group reporting.
- Collaborate on equality commissions, participation schemes and other statutory/benefit-related initiatives.
- Contribute to transversal HR projects: talent reviews, mobility policy animation, internal communication and RSE actions.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or candidate for a Bac+4/5 programme with a specialisation in Human Resources (Grande École, specialised HR school or equivalent university degree).
- At least one prior HR internship or first professional experience in HR.
- Methodical, rigorous and proactive with solid analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort with HR reporting tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation and proven adaptability; able to work effectively in a team and propose improvements.

Early-career candidate: at least one prior HR internship or equivalent first experience. The apprenticeship is intended to prepare for progression into generalist HR roles.
Education
Bac+4/5 in Human Resources, Business School or equivalent university degree.
